1. Cable connecting method

1. Connecting method of two cables is based on the Sleeve Joint (R-U, S-V, T-W)
2. First insulation treatment : separate each wire and spread compound on it and wind with electric tape and vinyl tape 2~3 times
3. Second insulation treatment : collect each wire and spread compound on it and wind  with electric tape and vinyl tape 2~3 times

  2. How to check the state of connection

• How to change the direction when it is anti-phase
   
1. Line Start ( 3 Line)
   -> change each other
   
   
    
2. Star-Delta (6 Line)
   ->change star into delta each other
   
    

• Check the state of protector connection
   
1. Motor Protector
   The number of cable is 2 lines and symbol mark is PT, both of them are white color. Check the insulation resistance ( It should be 0MΩ)
    
2. Leakage Detector
   The number of cable is 2 lines and symbol mark is SS, both of them are black color. Insulation resistance ( more than 100 MΩ)
    
3. Bearing Temperature Sensor
   The number of cable is 2 lines and symbol mark is BS, both of them are red color. Insulation resistance (lower than 110Ω±10%)
